Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best results:

• All artwork must be removed from glass or acrylic frames

• Artwork should be clean and ready to photograph

• Flat artwork only (paintings, drawings, mixed media, prints, etc.)

• 3D artwork or highly reflective surfaces may require custom pricing

How Sessions Work

• Sessions are photographed at your location for your convenience.

• Depending on the location, lighting options vary from indirect outdoor light, indoor lighting, or flash photography.

• Final images are professionally edited for:

  • Exposure and contrast balance

  • Print-ready clarity

Andrea Webb Photography is based near Statesboro, GA.

• Local Travel + Session Fee:
  $30
  Covers travel within 60 miles of Statesboro, GA, and up to 1 hour on-site

• If additional travel time or session time is required, additional fees may apply and will be discussed in advance.

Pricing: Per Edited Image Delivery

Because artists’ needs vary widely, artwork reproduction photography is priced per finished image, allowing you to order exactly what you need.

$35 per edited image

Each delivered image includes:

• Professional editing for accurate reproduction

• High-resolution digital file

• Print-ready format

• Licensing for personal, promotional, and reproduction use (artist retains full copyright of original artwork)
