Refund policy

Once an order has been made, your item will be printed within 24 hours, therefore no refunds or exchanges can be made after 24 hours of order time.

Refunds after your item have been printed are only given for damaged items or lost in transport. Please send all refund requests to andreawebbphotographyllc@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please include in your email: your order number, name, and an image of the damage to the print, canvas, or standout print.
